  • Surveillance around the outbreaks having as epicenters Keranga and Nayapalli including culling, cleaning and disinfection was carried out and no evidence of the presence of highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1 was reported.
  • In view of the above, the outbreaks at Keranga and Nayapalli in Orissa State are considered now as resolved from 30 April 2012 and 5 June 2012, respectively.
