I note from the media coverage that the remaining birds are to be culled but the preliminary report has some rather low numbers in the rates section.
One of these days we are really going to have to try and see if the CFR is 100% and get any survivors into a breading program. The virus is not going to die out so we need to get some resistance into our commercial flocks for the time when it is globally endemic.
