ILI case going up,

this is in line with the Twitter messages I see,

if it is still going upward next week, the epidemic has started.

But from the report.

In the last week the hospitalization rate for a laboratory confirmed New infection with Influenza A (H1N1) again doubled from last week, 131 patients have been reported this week.

Not all cases are tested, only serious ones?
