If the China NHFPC H7N9 case counts are correct, where are the health care worker patients?

I don't think I have seen any H7N9 cases this season who have been identified as health care workers. The Hong Kong CHP has been informed by the China NHFPC of 419 cases and as far as I know none of them have been identified as health care workers. It is reasonable to assume a few of the cases are health care workers.
