In Kyiv City skin-Venereal Hospital Obolon district recorded outbreak of infectious disease among children who were on treatment in dermatology and mycological department, told the press service of the Ministry of Health with reference to the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine.
According to the department, the first case registered on 12/09/2011 at 21:00. As of 9/13/2011 found 16 patients aged 17 years with a primary diagnosis of rotaviral infection. At the hospital is 16 people with an easy course.
For reasons of `yasuvannya disease in the focus group work specialists Kyiv City and Obolonskoy district sanitary-epidemiological stations. Experts sanepidsluzhby selected samples from environmental objects in focus, as well as food, drinking water, washed for bacteriological research, which currently are at work.
Resolution chief sanitary doctor Obolon district in Kyiv from 13.09.2011 № 326 temporarily stopped taking patients in shkirven-mycological department of the Kiev city skin-Venereal Hospital.
An epidemiologic investigation continues.
Recall that in June this year, 70 people contracted salmonellosis after eating grilled chicken.
