In light of the spread of swine flu pandemic .. 8 thousand pilgrims go to Jeddah and Medina

Left Cairo today, 8 of thousands of pilgrims transferred 29 aircraft to Egypt and Saudi Arabia in Jeddah and Madinah to perform Umrah during Ramadan, despite strong warnings by the spread of swine flu and fulfillment.
وصرح عبد البديع عبد البارى مدير محطة مصر للطيران لرحلات العمرة بالمبنى رقم 1 بأنه تم أمس تنظيم 17 رحلة طيران بينها 6 رحلات إضافية ، وأن الرحلات ستزيد خلال منتصف رمضان لنقل الآلاف من المعتمرين الراغبين فى قضاء العشر الأواخر بالأراضى المقدسة، مشيرا إلى أنه تم استخدام طائرة إيرباص 330 مؤجرة للمساعدة استيعاب الرحلات الإضافية.

من ناحية أخرى، نظمت الخطوط السعودية 12 رحلة طيران من المبنى رقم 2 ضمن رحلاتها لنقل المعتمرين المصريين فى إطار اتفاقية النقل الجوى التى تقسم رحلات العمرة بينها وبين مصر للطيران.
