Indonesia routinely applies a "Tamiflu Blanket", so it is not surprising that "57 suspected cases" survived. The question is - How many of these tested positive for H5N1 prior to receiving oseltamivir? And were any of them tested later for antibodies? If we knew these things, we we might then get a sense of the rate of H5N1 infection in Bali.

It is not surprising that Indonesia has the highest CFR for H5N1 of any country in the world. Indonesia only seems to officially report human cases of H5N1 that die.
