My concern, is if NAMRU leaves, they will lose a very valuable source in a quick diagnosis of easily transmitted bf. In their simulation, and I have to assume it will be their protocal, they suspect h2h between Nov. 9 thru 11. They get the results back on Nov. 14th. They would have to send those samples to a WHO approved lab. The simulation does not specify when their "consultation with WHO" declares a phase increase. From what I have seen now, the results would take much longer to get back. And then, you have to make sure it's from an approved WHO lab. Right now they are sending them to labs within Indo, and from the article, they don't seem to be WHO approved. From the second article below:
