السليمانية، تم إفتتاح مستشفى الأطفال التعليمي في مدينة السليمانية، بعد ترميم وإستحداث أقسام جديدة في المستشفى.​

Sulaymaniyah, Children's Hospital was opened in the city of Sulaimaniya, education, after the restoration and introduction of new departments in the hospital.

وشملت عمليات توسيع وتطوير المستشفى تأمين عدد من الأجهزة والمستلزمات المتطورة التي تستخدم في العمليات الجراحية.​

كما وإفتتح وزير الصحة في إقليم كوردستان مشروع توسيع المختبر المركزي للفحوصات الطبية في السليمانية وأقساماً مستحدثةٍ فيه وتفقد جميع أقسام المختبر الذي يتم فيه إجراء جميع أنواء الفحوصات الطبية المختبرية، وذلك بعد تأمين أجهزة وتقنيات متطورة له مؤخراً، ومنها أجهزة يمكنها تحديد وتشخيص فايروس وبائي أنفلونزا الطيور وأنفلونزا الخنازير.​
