FLORENCE - was completed today the health surveillance of all the people who had close contacts with the three cases of infection from new coronavirus (Mers: Middle East Respiratory Syndrome). The observation period (10 days monitoring after the last exposure) has been agreed with the relevant offices of the Ministry of Health.
On the morning of today, the functional unit of hygiene and public health of the Asl 10 of Florence has been to assume the information on the state of health of people who came in close contact with the last case reported (that of the woman, connects the first patient), which are all in good health.
Health surveillance of the contacts in the first two cases had already been settled in the past few days.
Continuous surveillance of Mers-Co V according to the information provided by the Ministry of Health with the sending updates via circulars.
