Clinical samples collection activity continues through Influnet laboratories network.
During current week (05/2011), eight hundred and three (803) clinical samples have been collected by network's laboratories.
Among these, three hundred thirty-one (331 [41%]) were positive for influenza virus.
Ninety-one (91 [27,4%]) were type B, two hundred and four (204 [61,6%]) were type A H1N1 (2009), eight (8) were A(H3N2) and twenty-eight (28) were not yet subtyped.
