NINE NEW CASES OF H1N1 2009 INFLUENZA CONFIRMED BY DEPARTMENT OF MICROBIOLOGY AND VIROLOGY, PADUA UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL.

The overall number of cases confirmed is now 23.

All the new confirmed patients are young, in ages comprised between 10 and 30 year old.

The majority are female patients.

Among the cases, some are secondary of earlier confirmed patients, with local transmission.

There are not mention to severe cases to date.
