2 dead ducks in Hanokizawayama area, Takizawa
*spot‐billed duck http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spot-billed_Duck
central livestock hygiene service centre officer collected 2 ducks
simple tests were negative

02 Mar.,
H7 subtype detected from a dead duck by genetic test
MOE designated an important surveillance area to the 10 km area in circumference

from now on
specimens transfer to Hokkaido University
the confirmatory test result will be announced in a few days
