- According to the laboratory results of virology on 30 January 2012 and 14 February 2012, two H5N2 AI virus strains were isolated from dead chicken and oropharyngeal swabs.
- Based on the results of the IVPI test, one was classified as HPAI and another was identified as LPAI.
- All of the layer chickens on the farm were destroyed on 3 March 2012.
- Clinical and epidemiological investigations for the surrounding poultry farms were implemented.
- No clinical suspected case or evidence of infection was detected.
