FRAMINGHAM, Mass. —Patients at a local clinic are being warned of possible measles exposure after a confirmed case of the illness was at the office last week.

The patient was at the Harvard Vanguard Clinic on Route 9 in Wellesley on Feb. 17. Officials said anyone who worked at or went to the clinic on that day may have been exposed...

SUDBURY, Mass. ?Officials in Sudbury said they have been notified by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health of a possible case of measles that occurred in town.

Officials said people who attended the Youth Swim Team Meet at the Atkinson Pool on Feb. 9. between 2 and 6 p.m. may have been exposed, and members of the Westborough and Belmont swim teams have also been notified.


Health official stressed that 21 days have passed since the possible exposure, and anyone who caught measles would have developed symptoms by now...

Baystate Medical Center in Springfield announced Saturday that a patient has showed up at the hospital with a confirmed case of the measles.

"The safety of our patients and visitors is our absolute highest priority. Measles is a contagious illness, and people without immunity who were in proximity to the patient at Baystate Medical Center?s main campus on April 2nd or April 3rd may be at risk for developing measles," the hospital said in a statement...

NORTHAMPTON ? Health authorities are on the watch for people showing symptoms of measles after a confirmed case was reported last week by Baystate Medical Center.

The contagious person is a faculty member at Smith College, according to Northampton Public Health Director Merridith O'Leary. Health officials narrowed the location where the person came into contact with others to two buildings on campus and identified those who were in the buildings at the time, O'Leary said.

On Sunday, Smith posted a notification on its website, saying anyone who was in Dewey or Hatfield hall on March 31 could have been exposed...

Man treated for measles at Boston hospital

(NECN: Kathryn Sotnik, Boston) - The Boston Public Health Commission confirms a measles patient was at Massachusetts General Hospital from May 4 through May 5.

The commission also says the infected man was traveling to Boston alone and stayed at a Boston hotel; however, the patient has since been released from the hospital and has recovered...
