A person who stayed at two Portland shelters earlier this month has been diagnosed with hepatitis A, according to the Maine Center for Disease Control.
Health officials said the person stayed overnight at the Oxford Street Shelter and Florence House and spent time during the day at the Preble Street Resource Center while infectious, which was Oct. 1 to Oct. 21.
