Dozens of students at Mason Central Elementary have been excused from classes as some of their peers battle chickenpox.

Mason Consolidated Schools Supt. David Drewyor said the school had 75 excused students in the elementary as of Wednes*day. The excused students are those who did not, for whatever reason, receive the chickenpox vaccinations...
