The Minnesota Department of Health confirmed that a 43-year old woman became infected through contact with an infected 12-month old from Kenya.

Hundreds possibly exposed to measles in Utah

City health officials seek public's help with measles investigation

As part of the ongoing investigation into a confirmed case of measles, the Milwaukee Health Department is asking anyone who visited a south side building on Sept. 2 to speak with a public health nurse because they may have been exposed to the highly contagious disease...

...The child visited the Social Security Administration office at 1710 S. 7th St., between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 2, and was contagious at the time. The child is a refugee whose family moved to the city at the end of August. Because measles is highly contagious, and can be spread through coughing or sneezing while passing in a hallway, officials also want to reach anyone who was at the Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin offices in the same building at that time.

Those who visited either office between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sept. 2 are asked to call the Milwaukee Health Department at (414) 286-3521 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, to speak with a public health nurse...

Milwaukee Confirms Second Case Of Measles

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Health Department said a second case of measles has been confirmed in the Milwaukee area, and several more are suspected.

Officials said the latest confirmed case is an adult. Health Department officials said three to four other cases are believed to be measles...

The Minnesota Health Department says a 12-month-old Dakota County resident is in critical condition with a measles infection. A second infant is also hospitalized with measles.
