MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) ? A Ramsey County man?s death from meningitis has the Minnesota Department of Health urging men who have sex with men to get vaccinated.
The man who died in Minnesota carried the same group of bacteria that has sickened seven men in Chicago, including one who died. Officials say the man also had HIV, which put him at a greater risk for illness.
Officials in Minnesota say the disease has also been found in clusters of gay men in Los Angeles and New York...
