ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

One case of viral meningitis has been confirmed at Carr Lane Visual and Performing Arts Middle School on Jefferson Avenue.

St. Louis Public Schools (SLPS) Spokesman Patrick Wallace said the case was reported to the school on Tuesday, and they contacted the health department for help...
