FREDERICTON ? Health officials in New Brunswick say seven people have died from swine flu, with most of those deaths occurring this week.
Eilish Cleary, the province's chief medical officer of health, says four of the seven were men.
Two were in their forties, two in their 50s and the rest were over 60.
Cleary says the spread of the virus is slowing, but that there have been 157 hospitalizations with half of those under the age of 20.
The general public will be able to get vaccinated beginning Nov. 30.
Dr. Cleary says they have vaccinated 220,000 people so far, with one severe reaction.
