Another Mainland Regional High School student has tested positive in a preliminary swab test for pertussis, or whooping cough, said Superintendent Robert Previti.
Previti said a member of the high school wrestling team tested positive and wrestling matches Friday evening and Saturday morning have been canceled. A culture of the test will take two weeks to complete to determine if the student indeed is infected with whooping cough, he said...
