a man in his forties was hospitalized in Jun, left the hospital in Jul
and had bone marrow transplantation in other hospital in Aug, but he died on 14th Oct
a man in his seventies was hospitalized in Aug, diagnosed mucormycosis suspicion on 10 Sept, died on 18 Sept

detected zygomycosis(mucormycosis)
after her death, detected from a woman in her thirties on 14th Jun
detected from a man in his forties on 2 Sept
on 10th Nov, detected from their hospital room, filter of air cleaner and passage in the hospital

the point: They were in the same hospital room

investigation
Tokyo Dental College Ichikawa General Hospital investigated on 8th Sept, and informed Chiba prefecture on 1 Oct
Chiba prefecture visited the hospital to inspect conditions on 5 Oct
