SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) - The Lackawanna County prison remains on lockdown at this hour as tuberculosis testing of both inmates and staff continues.

The prison has been off-limits to visitors since Friday night after an inmate tested positive for a contagious disease...
