The news video reports that police have shot over 500 mostly raccoons and groundhogs and that they had to throw the bodies back into the woods they came from. The neighborhoods smell very bad. They were trying to have someone remove the bodies. They say it is not rabies, but police think a drop of oral rabies vaccine had something to do with the illnesses. USDA says nothing like this has happened after previous vaccine drops, but there is still no diagnosis.
