Dengue spray leaves 734 girls unconscious in govt school

ATTOCK: 734 girls fell unconscious at a state-run school today after spurious spray by the local administration to prevent dengue, local media quoting officials reported.

Officials say the incident occurred at a public school in Jund area of Attock. Around 1370 girl students were present in the school at the time of the spray.

The students admitted in the hospital were reported to be in stable conditions.

Emergency has been imposed at a district hospital where over 700 students were shifted on self-help basis, say hospice officials...
