At the national level, there are 504 mechanical fans between the Minsa and the Caja de Seguro Social facilities, in addition to private hospitals. Of these, 60% would be available if required for Covid-19 patients.
The Minsa is acquiring 100 ventilators in the next two weeks for the modular hospital equipped with 100 intensive care beds.
