The first phase of vaccination against the new flu (H1N1) - held from 8 to 19 March - focused on people and workers of health services had a total of 95 million people vaccinated and has reported no cases of serious adverse reaction. "We follow the vaccination and we had no record of cases in which there were severe reactions," said the State Secretary of Health, Gilberto Martin.
