Benkocid from national reserve fund to battle blue ear disease

Based on a proposal of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), the Prime Minister has issued an order of delivering Benkocid from national reserve fund to help prevent blue ear disease in some local areas.* The MARD is to supply (free of charge) 40.000 liters of Benkocid, in which Quang Tri gets 20.000, Thua Thien Hue gets 10.000 and Ben Tre gets 10.000.
