7 bq/kg of cesium-137 was found and the product was not recalled. (Codex standards are 1,000 bq/kg for foods other than infant food.)

In December of 2011, infant formula produced 125 miles from Fukushima was recalled with levels of Cs-134 and Cs-137 about twice that of the oatmeal. The article below has quotes from a food safety expert explaining why the recall was prudent, even if Codex allows up to 200 bq/kg in its current standards.
