The Department of Health, Minsa, is in entire alertness for the threat that represent the sprouts of diarrhea and the flu A, that in these moments have destroyed the countries of Mexico and Honduras, respectively.

Weekly in the country there are taken into account approximately three thousand cases of diarrhea, located in different parts of the territory.
" In Nicaragua we have no sprouts. We are watching all the hospitals. We have about 18 positive cases that we have detected in the last week. This means that there is still no a sprout ", announced Edmundo S?nchez, the Director of Alertness for the Public Health of the Minsa.
That's why, the agent of the Health insisted that the population should practise the hygienic measurements, and this way to prepare all kinds of illness.
" The fundamental recommendation is to wash the hands with water and soap, to avoid contamination in the food, the children must be watched for his parents. In case they present fever or abundant diarrhea, they have not to automedicarlos, on the contrary, it is necessary to move them immediately to the units of health ", it recommended.
The authorities of the Minsa also watch the situation of the flu A, that according to them, it is under control.
" In our country we have detected six cases of influenza in what it goes of the year. This is important, because we keep on watching and insist on the recommendations; to cough with courteousness and not on the people, to use the pa?uelito while we sneeze, etc. ", it highlighted S?nchez.
