Apparently case #106 had some contact with camels although Saudi Arabia said it has not found nCoV coronavirus in camels. He was announced as a death by the MoH on August 28th with no prior case disclosure as to his condition/hospitalization etc. He may have been sick since "mid-month Ramadan" which would have been approxmately July 22 (Ramadan month was July 8-August 7):

The dead man, 38, from Al Batin (case #106) was evidently sick in the latter part of July and died sometime after that. The announcement of his death by the Ministry of Health was August 28th.
