54 for their total. All but 2 of my cases on my list are thru the SA MOH, and I've got 69 since July 21st.
 
With the August 21 WHO Update I have recorded 2 separate Clusters.
In each cluster, the index case had died. The cases that have caught it have had no comorbidities.
