An unpleasant disease is running rampant through schools and day cares on two South Dakota reservations.
More than 400 people, almost all children, have reported cases of shigellosis since the beginning of last year. The number of cases jumped from 11 in 2002 to 190 last year. In the first three months of this year, the state has already seen another 240 cases...
