This is happening all over the region. The city had an outreach task force, but the defund the police movement put them out of business. Supposedly the tax dollars will go to local NGO's, but a leader of one of those was arrested for bashing an elderly homeowner in the back of the head with a brick during a BLM protest, so who know when these groups will attend to badly run or located encampments.
