Most of the flu and [ARVI] (63.9%) in the Mykolaiv region - children under 18 years old. Among them are children from 1 to 4 years old - 37,5%, from 5 years to 9 years - 22,0%, from 10 to 14 years, 17.7%, from 15 to 18 years - 15,2%. Reported by the press office of the regional health administration.
According to recent data, influenza and [ARVI] are sick for 4 thousand 226 inhabitants of Mykolayiv region. The greatest number of cases concentrated in the city of Nikolaev. Epidporog influenza illness significantly exceeded Novobugskom and Bashtansky areas.
In total this year 149 people were hospitalized (3.5% of total patients) of them - 43 Nikolaev. Hospitalization was not conducted in Pervomaisk, as well as Arbuzinskom, Bashtansky, Zhovtnevoe, Nicholas and Snigirevskaya areas.
Note, compared to the same period last year, the incidence of influenza and [ARVI] in the region decreased by 8.2%.
