MEXICO CITY, Mexico, feb. 21 (UPI) - The Secretary of Health detected a new case of influenza A (H1N1) in Sonora, north of Mexico, with which the persons affected by this illness add two this year.
The director of Epidemiology of the state dependency, Sergio Olvera Alba, said that the evil was detected in the municipality of Hermosillo, in a six-year-old patient who received treatment in the Mexican Institute of the Social security (IMSS).
He added that the minor did not have the vaccine against the illness and it recovered already in satisfactory form and no type of relation has with the first case of influenza A (H1N1) that was detected at the beginning of February.
In whole and up to the moment 64 add the cases of influenza, of which two are A (H1N1), 12 of the type A, 34 are A (H3N2) and 16 cases of the type B.
