Tributes have been paid to a bright, healthy schoolgirl who died hours after being struck down with bacterial meningitis.
Connie Moore, 16, was rushed into hospital with symptoms of the devastating disease last weekend.
Her condition rapidly became critical and her family were told there was a slim chance that the teenager would survive.
More than 50 friends and family visited her in hospital before she died on Sunday evening...
