Ukraine bans some imports of amimal products from China, Laos, Bahrain, Qatar due to "plague"

The Veterinary Service of Ukraine banned imports of ruminant, raw products and products made of them from China.

The press service of the State Committee of Veterinary Medicine of Ukraine disclosed this to UNIAN.

In Ukraine banned imports of poultry from Laos

On June 7, 2010 prohibits importation into Ukraine from Laos poultry, raw materials and products from it. This June 8 press service Goskomvetmeditsiny.

Do we have any idea what disease "small cattle plague" is? Perhaps PPR? I don't think they are referring to bubonic plague here.
