HIGHLAND, Utah ? Health officials with the Utah County Health Department are investigating multiple cases of viral meningitis in students at Lone Peak High School in Highland.

According to a news release issued by the health department on Friday, meningitis is an inflammation of the tissue that covers the brain and spinal cord. Symptoms may include headache, fever, stiff neck and vomiting. Anyone who is experiencing these symptoms should contact their health care provider...
