In another vein, the federal official announced that it will begin building a new hospital of the IMSS in the city of Xalapa, with an investment of more than 340 million pesos.
He stressed that the new hospital will have 78 beds which will result in providing better care to the beneficiaries.

"This we will come to help reverse the plight that the delegation is in northern Veracruz where we have a point indicator sixty-five beds per thousand persons entitled," he said.
He noted that construction of the new hospital will have a duration of one year and will start in 2010.

"The construction of a new hospital in the city of Xalapa are about 78 beds that will be starting construction in early entering and hopefully end in a period of two years," he said.

The head of the Ministry of Health, Manuel Lila de Arce said that to date the rate from respiratory diseases has increased 30 percent statewide, however, ruled that there can be an outbreak epidemiology.
