Bệnh nh?n nam, 22 tuổi, địa chỉ: x? Như Cố, huyện Chợ Mới, tỉnh Bắc Kạn.
Male patients, aged 22, address: As can commune, Cho Moi, Bac Kan province.
Ng?y 28/3/2010, bệnh nh?n xuất hiện sốt; Ng?y 30/3/2010, bệnh nh?n đến Trạm Y tế x? kh?m v? chuyển l?n Bệnh viện huyện Chợ Mới điều trị; Ng?y 02/4/2010, bệnh nh?n được chuyển l?n bệnh viện đa khoa tỉnh Bắc Kạn v? được chẩn đo?n Vi?m phổi nặng nghi c?m A(H5N1), đến 20h00 c?ng ng?y bệnh nh?n được chuyển tiếp l?n Bệnh viện Bệnh nhiệt đới Trung ương.
