LINCOLN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- UPDATE 11/30/17 @ 4:43 p.m.
There are so many teachers and students sick with strep throat at one Lincoln County elementary school, they?re shutting down for the rest of the week.

Ranger Elementary made the decision early Thursday morning to let out early and remain closed tomorrow to sterilize.

Out of 96 kids enrolled at Ranger Elementary, the substitute principal tells WSAZ Thursday over a third, that?s more than 30 kids, have tested positive for strep throat.

And on top of that, over half of the staff are out sick, too...
