中新網鄭州4月9日電為了豐富鄭州市民的文化生活，滿足市民的科普需求，鄭州市某活動場館擬斥資160萬人民幣，于5月中旬進口荷蘭16隻洪氏環企鵝，這將是河南歷史上首次引進國家一級野生保護動物。
