408491 suspected (240080 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 168411 in the Caribbean) and 81809 confirmed cases (75695 autochthonous transmission and 6114 travel related/imported cases) with 22491 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 45236 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 14082 confirmed cases in North America; at least 2772 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 533 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 11/ 16 March per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
