409940 suspected (241525 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 168415 in the Caribbean) and 82896 confirmed cases (76652 autochthonous transmission and 6244 travel related/imported cases) with 23076 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 45338 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 14282 confirmed cases in North America; at least 2969 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 604 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 14/ 06 April per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
