397826 suspected (238724 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 158786 in the Caribbean) and 78284 confirmed cases (72453 autochthonous transmission and 5831 travel related/imported cases) with 21795 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 42849 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 13529 confirmed cases in North America; at least 2697 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 534 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 06/ 09 February per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
