395337 suspected (236372 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 158965 in the Caribbean) and 77124 confirmed cases (71334 autochthonous transmission and 5790 travel related/imported cases) with 21681 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 42059 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 13384 confirmed cases in North America; at least 2621 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 528 cases of GBS as well as 19 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 04/ 27 January per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
