416666 suspected (245733 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 170933 in the Caribbean) and 84279 confirmed cases (78725 autochthonous transmission and 6004 travel related/imported cases) with 23703 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 46454 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 14572 confirmed cases in North America; at least 3184 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 610 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 20/ 19 May per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
