393767 suspected (235103 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 158664 in the Caribbean) and 74409 confirmed cases (69716 autochthonous transmission and 5693 travel related/imported cases) with 21437 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 40726 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 13246 confirmed cases in North America; at least 2612 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 523 cases of GBS as well as 19 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 02/ 12 January per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
